🛒 ORDER
How can I place an order?
Simply select the items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order information.
Do I need to create an account?
No, you can shop as a guest. But an account allows you to track your orders and shop faster next time.
📦 DELIVERY
How do you ship goods?
We send via parcel machines, couriers, and buses throughout Lithuania.
We use reliable shipping partners – shipments arrive within 1–3 days
In Vilnius, you can pick up your orders free of charge at our physical store - Manufaktūrų g. 9.
How much does delivery cost?
The shipping cost depends on the selected method and will be displayed during checkout.
Free delivery – from €75.
🔁 RETURN
Can I return the item?
Yes! If the product did not fit or you changed your mind - you can return it within 14 days of receipt (Valid only for returned goods according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania).
It is important that it is in its original packaging and unused.
