Mon Petit Morphée - what is it? It is a friend of peace, concentration, meditation for your children. It is your little one's companion, who will accompany them in the evening, helping them to calm down, organize their thoughts for the day, relax and prepare for sleep. In the same way, it will accompany them during the day - helping when they need to come to terms with failures, rest or vice versa - concentrate.

Using the little Morphée couldn't be easier. Your little one can choose the type of session themselves or with you using the 2 dials on the front, and choose the duration of 8 or 16 minutes using the button on the side. Then, sit back and relax, little by little they will focus on the sounds and feel calmer and more relaxed.

These are 192 meditation journeys for children from 3 to 8 years old. They will accompany the child before bedtime and help him find inner peace.
